✔ Being able to maintain your style at home is important so if you’re having trouble styling it then I’m always happy to help teach you how, recommend different products or tweak your current style at your next appointment to make things easier in the future.
✔ Professional hair color needs to be maintained with great at-home care to ensure its longevity. I am happy to give suggestions to fit your hair care budget.
✔ I can order products from many different brands. If there is something you love just ask and I’ll see if I can get it for you. :-)
✔ I only recommend products I truly love.
✔ Any inspiration photos are used for inspiration only and no guarantee will be made that exact color/cut can be achieved on your hair. Every head of hair is different.
Service/Product Information.
I am an appointment only salon. This ensures appointments stay on time and to maximize customer experience.
✔Appointments are generally made Monday-Friday.
✔ Appointments are scheduled 9am-6pm. If you need an early bird appointment then just let me know and I’m happy to accommodate if possible.
✔ My suite is not open on holidays.
✔ Weekend appointments are for large color projects. A deposit may be required to book weekend spots.
✔ Phone and email is always available so feel free to message me whenever and I will respond as soon as I can. If it’s super late it might not be until the next morning.
Salon availability and hours.
A general overview of late/cancellation, no-show polices.
✔ Any time after the start of your scheduled appointment is considered late and services may need to be adjusted or removed to fit the time we have left. Anything after 15 minutes will need to be rescheduled.
✔ No-Shows: 15 minutes late without calling is considered a no-show. New client no-shows will not be put back on the books. Existing client no-shows will be required to put down a deposit for the full amount of their service at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable so if you miss your appointment then you do not get that money back.
✔ If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please message me at least 24 hours in advance so I can try to fill your spot. Habitual last minute cancellations or rescheduling may require a deposit to book in the future.
✔ I value your time as well so if I am running late to your appointment then I will give you a 10% discount. If we need to reschedule because you can not stay later then I will give you a 20% discount on the rescheduled service amount. If I no-show your appointment without calling or texting then your scheduled service is FREE if you choose to rebook with me.
Late/No-Show Policies.
Price inquiry info.
Please fill out the new client form and I’ll get back to you ASAP! This is the fastest way to get an accurate price quote and to get on the books. You are not obligated to schedule if you fill out the form, it’s just the best way to get all the necessary info and to minimize the amount of phone tag.
I’m happy to do price quotes through phone or email but I need a few things from you first.
✔Pictures in natural lighting (outside in the shade preferable)
✔Hair down and in its natural state. A full back view, side view and frontal view.
✔ Have someone help you if neccessary, accurate photos of what your hair really looks like is the key to getting the most accurate price quote and knowing what we can and can not achieve with your hair.
✔ Send inspiration pictures and note the specific things you like about the photos.
✔ A hair history for the last two years, any chemical services you may have had. That includes, color, perms, henna, temporary colors, or Sun-in.
✔ Price quotes are not a final price. If the price is going to change you will know before the service starts, if something arises during your service that wasn’t disclosed you will be given a new price quote with options on how to move forward.
✔ In person consultations are always welcome as this ensures all questions can be answered and things like budget, aftercare, and maintenance can be discussed without any commitment pressure.
